On January 21, the third section of the PC general contracting project of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic field in the South Xinjiang Luopu Clean Energy Base, constructed by the company, was fully connected to the grid for power generation.

The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic field of the project is 1,000 MW on the AC side and 1,282.5384 MWp on the DC side, totaling 303 array units. The installed capacity of the third bid section is 250 MW on the AC side and 321.6928 MWp on the DC side, totaling 75 array units.

After the project is put into operation, the average annual power generation capacity will be about 1.9 billion kWh, which can save about 623,200 tons of standard coal per year. This correspondingly reduces a variety of harmful gases and emissions, which includes a reduction of about 1.8943 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 5,700 tons of sulfur dioxide, and 28,500 tons of nitrogen oxides.
