On January 25, the first batch of C2 bid sections of the Huaneng Qingyang Wind-Solar Comprehensive New Energy Demonstration Project constructed by the company was fully connected to the grid. Huaneng Qingyang Wind-Solar Comprehensive New Energy Demonstration Project is a key supporting new energy power supply project of the "Longdong Power to Shandong" project planned by the 14th Five-Year Plan. The total planned installed capacity of the project is 6 million KW, including 4.5 million KW of wind power and 1.5 million KW of photovoltaic power. After the project is fully completed, it will become the largest wind-solar integrated new energy project in the world. The annual generation of clean energy electricity is expected to exceed 14 billion kWh, equivalent to saving 4.2 million tons of standard coal and reducing 11 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It is of great significance in helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
