At 11:18 on December 30, the 120 MW floating photovoltaic project phrase II of Dingzhuang Reservoir in Dezhou, Shandong, undertaken by the company, was connected to the grid for power generation. This is after the phase I of grid-connected power generation in October this year, and the construction of the Dingzhuang Reservoir Project had successfully achieved sequential operation, marking the world's largest floating photovoltaic power station - the 320 MW photovoltaic project of Dezhou Dingzhuang Reservoir had achieved full-capacity grid-connected power generation.

The project site is located in the Dingzhuang Reservoir in the west of Lingcheng District, Dezhou City. This tender section adopts high-density polyethylene (HDPE) floating tank plus bracket-type floating photovoltaic system, monocrystalline silicon double-glass battery components, and string inverters fixed on the floating body. Floating photovoltaic power plants are suitable for deep waters and are not destructive to water quality. Compared with traditional land photovoltaic power plants, they have many advantages such as environmental protection, basic cost saving, and short construction period.

After the project is fully completed, it will become the largest floating photovoltaic power station in the world, which can provide 420 million kWh of clean energy and save 205,000 tons of standard coal throughout the year. It can be called a model of green environmental protection and energy-saving projects.
