On the morning of August 29th, the China Green Development Investment Group held a central signing ceremony and groundbreaking event for a significant project in the Xinjiang region. The ceremony was conducted in Urumqi and attended by top leaders from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the Urumqi municipal government, leaders from relevant agencies, along with the company's Party Secretary and Chairman, Jianwei Lin, Deputy General Manager Lingyi Zhang , and the General Manager's Assistant, who also serves as the head of the construction company.

The company has achieved a successful bid for the 3.5 GW photovoltaic project in the Midong District of Urumqi, Xinjiang. This project, specifically the 1.5 GW Photovoltaic Engineering General Contract (Section II), is located within the administrative boundaries of Midong District in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The project is planned for commissioning by December 31, 2023. The project awarded this time is the largest single photovoltaic project the company has undertaken to date.

During this time, Jianwei Lin paid a visit to all members of the project department's leadership and staff and engaged in a roundtable discussion with them. He pointed out that this project is the largest single photovoltaic project in the company's history. Completing such a substantial project within a mere three months is unprecedented for the company. As a result, we must not underestimate its significance.
