On February 17, Zhang Lingyi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, engaged in dialogue with Xu Shengyin, Mayor of Xinhua District in Shijiazhuang. 

Zhang Lingyi elaborated on the Company's commitment to the "dual carbon" goals, outlining its integrated investment, construction and operation advantages in the photovoltaic and wind power sectors, as well as its successful implementation of benchmark projects. He expressed the Company's willingness to utilize its strengths as a central state-owned enterprise in resource integration and technological innovations, providing all-chain services for energy structure upgrades, distributed energy development, and charging pile infrastructure in Xinhua District. 

Xu Shengyin emphasized the necessity of professional expertise for advancing project construction in Xinhua District, and announced the future establishment of a dedicated team docking mechanism by the district government to facilitate approvals, land use, and policy implementation, hoping for demonstration effect between central and local enterprises through collaboration. 

This dialogue established a solid foundation for the two parties' enhanced cooperation across multiple sectors. They will build a regular communication mechanism to create a new landscape of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
